I knew what I had in mind and Josh quickly picked up on what I wanted and needed. He didn't try to oversell or push me to upgrade anything. He tried to sell me what I wanted. He was always very very honest. We ended up seeing if we could trade in a vehicle and purchase a new rav4. The appraisal was less than satisfactory and we were disappointed. Josh somehow managed to give us what we wanted for the trade in, $3000 more than the appraisal price!! In his words "he knew where he needed to be". He also recommended looking at a Honda CRV never bashing the brand or the car. Even told me numerous times to go test drive the crv. Never seen a salesmen not bash their highest competitor and be so honest. It was refreshing. I had a great time talking to Josh and he truly delivered. I highly highly highly recommend going in to speak with him. He will be honest, forthright, and doesn't have that stereotypical salesmen demeanor. I don't think I have ever experienced a car buying as painless as this one. More
Wonderful experience buying a new 2014 Corolla LE I began with some internet research and ended up at two dealership websites...Orland Toyota and a competing dealership website. On the Orland Toyota site, I got connected with Joe and in a few back and forths, I was given a very competitive price on the Corolla. The other dealership could not match the offer nor were they as thoughtful in their responses. So I made an appointment to go in that day where Joe connected me with Josh. I took a test drive in the vehicle Joe and I discussed, Josh explained the features of both the car and the dealership. He made a big point about his desire to build a relationship with me through the car's entire lifetime. He answered my questions clearly. As a result, I agreed to buy the vehicle. The out-the-door price was what I had agreed earlier via email. Took 1.5 hours from walking in to the dealership to leaving with a new Corolla. No surprises! A wonderfully pleasant experience...and the car perfectly meets my needs. I will trust that Josh's comments about a lifetime relationship will be demonstrated when I bring the Corolla in for service. More

Pam stepped in and we told her what we were looking for and she proceeded to go step by step through the process until we found the right car and the right price. Pam was fantastic. Brittany then took over and walked us through the purchase again answering our questions in detail and going out on the test drive. All the while making us feel comfortable and not pressured. We had been to six other dealers before we went to Orland Toyota and Nissan Associates didn't even acknowledge us. We sat for 4.5 at another dealer signed papers only to have them tell us they couldn't make the deal after all was agreed on. So, the professionalism displayed by Pam and Brittany was top notch. A call the next day with a thank you was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend seeing Brittany at Orland Toyota first before you endure the frustration and poor service we had along this process. I just hope the car is as good as the sale. More

Very nice and courteous I seen a car on a website and emailed the dealership. I got an immediate response. I went in that afternoon and was greeted by Al. He quickly brought the car around for me to test drive. After the test drive I decided to purchase the car. I was in and out within a few hours. I have been shopping for a used for a few weeks now. It was for my daughter. Al was so nice and helpful. I would definitely return to Orland Toyota again!! More
Patient, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy! I walked into the dealership in May and was greeted by Brittany. I let her know what I could possibly be interested in, but I was just looking for information. Definitely not looking to take anything home that day. She was still very friendly and not at all pushy. She answered all my question and showed me all my options. Over the next 2 months Brittany kept in touch with me, which was great, and it was not at all in a pushy or rude manner. I finally went back, still uncertain of which grade of Corolla I wanted. Brittany was very patient with me. She went back and forth to find what they had available in stock, and continued to work with me and answer all my question and concerns. She was easy to talk to,very professional, and very knowledgeable! I had a great experience and walked out of the dealer with a vehicle I am more than happy with. I would definitely recommend Brittany to anyone that is thinking of visiting this location. More
Awsome to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I started my search on the internet where I was first contacted by Pam Sinclair. I recognized her name from my previous experience with Honda. ( I owned 3 at the time) Pam complimented the Honda but proceeded to tell me about the features of the Toyota product and service. My search continued for 2 weeks until we actually test drove the Rav4 and the Honda CRV. We instantly liked the Rav4. I went to a local dealer in Joliet but they were not price competitive to what I had found on the internet. There was two dealers with identical pricing but I instantly turned to Pam. She had been great to deal with and answered all our questions to this point. When we arrived at the dealer she introduced us to Josh who took us through the buying experience. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. He walked us through the service area and explained how everything worked there and patiently showed my wife all the features of the vehicle. He also helped her pair her phone with the Bluetooth. He told us he was interested in establishing relationships with his customers not just selling cars, and it showed. Our first buying experience with Toyota was fantastic. I definitely would recommend Pam and Josh to anyone I knew who was interested in buying a car. More

We went to 3 dealerships including the one that has service and from whom we purchased our previous 2 Prius's (2006 models both). Josh's price was the most competitive by a few percent and he was able to locate exactly the cars that we wished to buy (color, configuration, and extras) and made them available in a matter of a couple of days. No surprises. He made it clear that he was motivated to make the sale, hinting that he had a bit of flexibility if he needed to get down and dirty. When I told him that his price was the most competitive I also reminded him that he had indicated that he had a little more room in the price and suggested that he might drop the price by half of whatever he was prepared to do if I had gotten a cheaper price elsewhere - and he did by another $78 per vehicle even though he knew his quote was the cheapest one I'd gotten! I dinged the overall experience slightly because it took a little more than two hours to complete the paperwork when we took delivery of the cars even though we paid in full by company check - in other words there was no financing involved. I can't understand what took so long but I think that was an issue relating to the dealership and not the salesman. Josh was a pleasure to work with. More
