As we were waiting for the car to be brought to the front we browsed the showroom and saw the Prius. We started to talk about this car and Tom was very knowledgable about it and laid to rest some of my fears about the battery life, replacement and warranty. In the end we decided on a new Prius. While not in stock Tom was able to find the model and color we wanted and we had our car in a couple of days. In over 40 years of new car shopping this was best overall experience I have ever had. More
