The service department at Orland Toyota is first rate. Tony, my advisor, was able to squeeze me in on a busy Monday. My car wouldn’t start, so after a jumpstart, I was able to drive in. The gentleman that checked me in was courteous, but gave me 1 1/2-2 hr time range for oil change and tire rotation. I felt this was excessive, considering I did have a earlier morning scheduled appointment. me 1 1/2-2 hr time range for oil change and tire rotation. I agreed to the work and after 1/2 hour, was told 20-30 more minutes. 45 minutes later, the vehicle was ready. Total time waiting was 3 1/2 hours. More

Service department is the best. I love the consistency of the service team and how I usually have the same advisor no matter how long it is between appointments.
