I hit virtually every Toyota dealership in the So I just purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna. I had spend weeks shopping for the best price on the vehicle. I hit virtually every Toyota dealership in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. Orland Toyota was my last stop. From the get go, I was impressed with their no BS approach to sales. There was no gamesmanship, no gimmicks, no doctored up invoices, fake hold back data, etc. It was very simply "what do you want in the vehicle?" then "can you live without these couple features?" and then "here is our best price." I had a price, in writing, from the sales manager (Sue Jimenez) within ten minutes of walking into the dealership. Again, no gamesmanship of trying to make me wait, win me over with their charm, negotiate every little feature, promise me all kinds of "value," or that "they'll take care of me," etc. etc. It was straight up here's what we have, here's our price. It was a stress free, and dare I say, honest, business deal. On top of it, their price was the best by far- not just on the vehicle itself, but on the accessories, and on the warranty. I couldn't be happier with the deal. Our sales person- Brittany Ellison- was amazing. Again- I can't say it enough- she didn't schmooze, she wasn't "greasy." She was a down to earth, what-you-see-is-what-you-get, type sale person. She tried very hard to make sure we were happy- it was obvious that she cared about our experience. She was EXTREMELY helpful, answering a million questions, going over every feature of the car- twice- even staying late to do so. She also gave us her personal cell to contact anytime we have a question. After visiting or talking to dozens of local dealers, I can tell you straight up- no BS- Orland Toyota was by far the place to buy our 2014 Sienna. More
