But Marek and the rest of the sales team made the experience pleasant and easy. I was previously looking at the toyota dealership in Matteson but came here to compare. The sales staff was very straight forward and I never felt like I was being pressured or taken advantage of which I had experienced at the other dealer. I bought the the Corolla LE plus and got a great deal here. I would for sure recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!!!!! More

Totally Satisfied !! I already knew what I wanted , the Toyota Tundra, and The salesperson Marek was quick to get me in my vehicle of choice ...I told him my magic number I already knew what I wanted , the Toyota Tundra, and The salesperson Marek was quick to get me in my vehicle of choice ...I told him my magic number I wanted to spend and he came back very close to my budget .....no haggling , no pressure, just great customer service . It did take a while for me sir down and go over the paperwork , but Marek told me beforehand that it may take longer than expected. The finance manager was very pleasant and got me in my vehicle and home . I am truly happy with my purchase and would recommend Orland Toyota to my friends and family . THANKS !!! More

Great New Car Buying Experience This was my first new car purchase and I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive driving all the way from Indiana to Orland to make a purchase. This was my first new car purchase and I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive driving all the way from Indiana to Orland to make a purchase. My first communication with the dealership was with Nour Salah. She responded to my inquiry on a price quote for a Toyota Prius C listed on an internet sales site. Nour gave me the price breakdown and assured me that the price she quoted would be the price I would pay at the dealership. I then made an appointment to come in and look at the vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted by a salesman named John Davison. I cannot say enough good things about John. He got me exactly what I wanted for my trade and helped to make the transaction as seamless as possible. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions about the vehicle. Next, I was off to the finance department where I met Roxann. She quickly and efficiently got me through the financial aspects of my purchase. The biggest thing that I appreciated about this dealership was that they are not "bait and switch" like other dealers. The price quoted was the price that I paid when I closed the deal. Even though I live about an hour away, I look forward to servicing my vehicle at Orland Toyota! Thanks again! More
