We stayed in contact corresponding via: text and phone, not one time did I ever feel like I was being pushed to make a purchase. Brittany was extremely attentive to answering and addressing any and all concerns I had along the way. I have wanted an SUV for years. I must say I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Rav4.
