What he did not know, he diligently found out for us. He was patient and answered all our questions. He got us a model with extra features and the color I wanted! The vehicle was not at the dealer and during the week Robert kept in touch with us, even sent pictures. When we went back for pick up, he explained every feature on the Highlander.
