Great Customer Service My first call to the dealership was with Robin. I had several questions about differences between vehicles that my son was looking to buy, and wha My first call to the dealership was with Robin. I had several questions about differences between vehicles that my son was looking to buy, and what they had in their inventory. Even though I explained to her that my son had actually found what he believed was a "perfect" vehicle at a different dealership, she was more than willing to answer all my questions, and encouraged me to call her back if I had any more. We did end up going there because of this positive encounter, and Robin turned us over to Tom Vaughan. Tom was knowledgeable, patient, and not at all pushy, which was very refreshing. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Satisfied We drove all the way from Bloomington, Il to your dealership. We had been in contact with Robin your internet sales person. We we arrived on 6/7/15 We drove all the way from Bloomington, Il to your dealership. We had been in contact with Robin your internet sales person. We we arrived on 6/7/15 and met Robin who then turned us over to Mardo. Not sure of last name but I noticed you don't have him or his picture listed. This young man told us he had been there a couple of weeks, so we got the new guy. We were kind of worried about that but we gave him a chance. Everyone has to start some where. We left him with a deposit check and we would have to make that drive to come back to get our new SUV. We got a good price for our trade and had a overall good experience with him. We returned on 6/12/15 and pick up our vehicle. Mardo showed us how to operate different things on the vehicle and answered every question we ask. I am glad we gave him a chance and would recommend anyone asking to him and your dealership. Thanks again Mardo ! More
