Dealership doesn't seem to care about anything I have a new car and and have had a couple of minor issues. They have never been able to fix the problem with one visit and I constantly have to come I have a new car and and have had a couple of minor issues. The last issue I told them about they told me it was working fine and I needed to contact Sirius, I did and they told me it was a car problem and to take it into my dealer. I called them and expressed my concern about this. The GM's response to this was "We have decided you should take the cars somewhere else and as they do not want to have a business relationship with me anymore." When I asked the manager why he couldn't give me much of a reason expect that I called corporate about them and that basically because of that they no longer want to deal with me. Also, on one of my visits I heard the service reps talking about me when I came in. The rep actually told me that I gave them bad score and it cost the 800 dollars. I have never been put in that much of a awkward situation in my whole life. More

Confused and Dissapointed Arrived at my scheduled time for a test drive to find the car I reserved had been taken off the lot by a sales person for the night. They were not professional or friendly at all. Felt like I was interrupting and inconveniencing them. I had given the internet sales representative every indication that I was a serious buyer, but was discarded. More
