Great Experience From the moment we walked into dealership, we were greeted and matched up with a dealer. Gino was very informative about the two cars we were interested in. We was patient with us and my husband and I had a real hard time deciding between the highlander and sienna. Gino made sure we test drove the exact trim level car we wanted, even though it was buried among cars. I never felt pressured to buy a car and the "numbers" part of the transaction, I felt like everyone was willing to work with you and make sure everything about the car purchase was a positive experience. Gino made sure before I left in my new car, I knew how everything worked, that my cell phone was hooked up properly, and that I knew how to preset radio/entertainment system. My family and usually go to a different toyota dealer in the area due to knowing people, I will always come here from now on! I didnt know anyone at the dealership, but everyone was so friendly, knowledgable, and professional I will be coming back to this dealer! More

He answered all my questions and showed me what I was looking for. He also explained benefits of going from an LE to an SE. After further though about this i researched a few Toyota Dealerships and found 1 that had the exact car i wanted. Sorry to say my purchase was at a different Toyota dealership. Love the ease of purchasing a car with this salesman! I have purchased 2 new Toyota automobiles and both times, I worked with Al Krajewski. He made the process so easy. I have always dreaded buying cars because the process takes so long and getting a bottom dollar line is like pulling teeth. That wasn't the case with Al. He was professional, respected my time and had paperwork prepared prior to my returning to sign off quickly and easily. I will definitely return to Orland Toyota and purchase again from Al Krajewski.
