Poor Customer Service from Used Car Sales Manager I have to say the sales associate (Patrick Akai) was great. Patrick's manager (I believe PJ) does not know what customer service means he did not spea I have to say the sales associate (Patrick Akai) was great. Patrick's manager (I believe PJ) does not know what customer service means he did not speak to me or even want any personal history on the trade in that I sold to the dealership for the car that I bought. Not once did he even speak or talk to me saying thank you for the purchase. It wasn't until I singed all the papers that I told Patrick about the Car Mod that I did for the 2008 GTI that was a trade in to the dealer. I ended up mentioning it to him so that if he sells the car at the dealership he could use that as a selling point and make another sale. I would recommend Patrick as a sales person but overall the dealership did not seem like it was welcoming. I also have to mention person I was working with signing all the papers was great to work with he really made the experience along with Patrick great. They seemed like the actually cared. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Started with internet search to which we received many offers. Visited a few of the dealers only to go through the "usual process" of being kicked up Started with internet search to which we received many offers. Visited a few of the dealers only to go through the "usual process" of being kicked up line to more song & dance of questionable offers. Was told by 1 dealer that "I'd get no better price than HIS anywhere!", you know, the usual song & dance! Well, I did get a price that was $1,700 lower than his & Orland Toyota did it! Dealt with the fantastic team at Orland Toyota by Email & phone & had a deal agreed to by phone without ever having to leave the house. Only had to go there & sign the paper work. NOTHING could have been easier & they did give me the best price I could find, I'm certain of that! I highly endorse Orland Toyota & they will be the 1st place I go if I'm ever in need of another car! More
