I have a garage kept 2015 Highlander Limited with 118k miles. I recently noticed a noises coming from the front drivers side wheel and I brought it for service. Late last year I had new rotors all the way miles. I recently noticed a noises coming from the front drivers side wheel and I brought it for service. Late last year I had new rotors all the way around as my brake pedal had a terrible shaking when pressed, and rear brakes installed. I stated that when I went into reverse and applied the brake, I had a very loud squeal. They said it was normal due to weather, rust, etc.. They inspected the brakes so I left. About a week later, I still had the noise, and heard another intermittent noise which was a grinding noise front driver’s side. I even had it recorded and let them hear it. They said I needed front struts, left one was blown out so I had them replace the left/right as they are normally replaced in pairs. They also inspected the brakes and said the brakes are fine. The next day, I heard the intermittent noise again so loud when I pressed the brakes that I thought the car would have to be towed. I brought it back again which is now the 3rd time. I was called and was told the dust plate on the driver’s side was bent so they re-bent it back. Three different visits and they finally find the problem… I said I will only pick up the car if you replace the bent part which they agreed too. It’s disappointing to me to have to jump through such hoops to get the car taken care of. I bought this car new at this dealer and they handle all the maintenance since purchase but moving forward, I don’t think that will be the case. More

The staff was very professional, courteous, polite, Knowledgeable. I was informed how much time it would take to service my vehicle but it turned out to be Less time. I appreciate that.
