He was extremely knowledgeable on many levels of the process including getting us set up with the fancy additions we had never experienced in the older vehicles we've previously owned. This happened on Memorial Day. I have maid 4 phone calls in regards to not receiving my bonus!!!!! They promise to return my call and look into the situation but never do! They are good at taking money but when it comes to giving back promised money they totally blow you off!!!! More

Just discovered that Rich Head, the finance manager failed to give me the Illinois License plate registration card that we need to keep in the car.. Left 2 - 3 messages for Rich Head the finance manager and have not heard from him. Finally I got a duplicate card from the DNV. Watch out when you finance your purchase only to discover that I was almost fooled into signing for an extended warranty costing $4000 which included tire and wheel coverage. Run from Orland Toyota. Rich Head the finance manager talks to you like he really cares for you when works the monthly payments. Run, Run More
