This happened on Memorial Day. I have maid 4 phone calls in regards to not receiving my bonus!!!!! They promise to return my call and look into the situation but never do! They are good at taking money but when it comes to giving back promised money they totally blow you off!!!! More

Did not tell me until I signed all the papers that the car had only one key fob. They promised to replaces it and went back on their word. paid $260 for a new one. Just discovered that Rich Head, the finance manager failed to give me the Illinois License plate registration card that we need to keep in the car.. Left 2 - 3 messages for Rich Head the finance manager and have not heard from him. Finally I got a duplicate card from the DNV. Watch out when you finance your purchase only to discover that I was almost fooled into signing for an extended warranty costing $4000 which included tire and wheel coverage. Run from Orland Toyota. Rich Head the finance manager talks to you like he really cares for you when works the monthly payments. Run, Run More

Great experience in car buying! I recently purchased a car from Orland Toyota and I had fun doing so. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ty Martin, my salesperson, knew all about I recently purchased a car from Orland Toyota and I had fun doing so. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ty Martin, my salesperson, knew all about the car and showed all the bells and whistles to me. He showed several vehicles that fit what I wanted so I had choices. He kept in touch and let me know the status of the vehicle since it needed some repair before purchase. I visited the dealership several times and was always greeted by the staff. When I had to wait someone always made sure I had a chilled bottle of water and a place to sit. They also were prepared to answer my questions. Other than the wait for the 'finance guy' and the amount of time spent in finance everything was good. It's not the 'finance guy's' fault. It might be the antiquated computer system they have to use. It takes almost as much time to buy a car as it does to buy a house! My friends, neighbors, family, and I have had the same financing experience at other dealerships, even in other states, so it is not just Orland Toyota or the State of Illinois. I hadn't purchased a car in many years and I was hoping that the process had been improved. I highly recommend Orland Toyota! More
