Nour Salah was my salesperson. She is a "no-pressure" salesperson; always, kind, courteous and respectful, and explained everything thoroughly...even sitting w/me in the car for about an hour to go over all the "gadgets."She made the 'new car purchase experience' a lot easier and calmed my fears, so to speak .Big 'kudos' go out to Nour Salah; she is a true gem and the reason I would recommend others to go to Orland Toyota and, of course, to ask for her! Once there, we worked with John Bingham as a salesperson, and he also was downright honest and wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable on many levels of the process including getting us set up with the fancy additions we had never experienced in the older vehicles we've previously owned. Ali Zayyad was our financial analyst, and he also was a pleasure to work with.
