Stay away from Orland Toyota for new car purchasing I have inquired about a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD and received a quote from the Internet manager on 5/22/2018. Having verified the vehicle detail I have inquired about a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD and received a quote from the Internet manager on 5/22/2018. Having verified the vehicle details and availability on Friday, 5/25, I got ready to buy and ask her to start paperwork hoping I can pick up the vehicle the next day. I smelled fishy when I did not receive any paperwork from her Friday night. I knew some tricks were in the works. Saturday morning, she came back with $350 increase on top of the original quote claiming she made a mistake on the original quote... I do not believe her story a bit. As a very informed customer, I have seen all sorts of dealer tricks and scams over the years, I just cannot bite the bullet when this happens to me. I simply told her I was done with her even without this $350 increase! This was the first time and last time I worked with Orland Toyota. What a shameful and dishonest sales practice! More
