Scheduled 1 year service check. Service dept. accommodated my 1 year check as scheduled. Thanks. When I purchased my new 2017 RAV 4 last years I paid a doc fee. Only problem way the Service dept. accommodated my 1 year check as scheduled. Thanks. When I purchased my new 2017 RAV 4 last years I paid a doc fee. Only problem way the sales processor got my home town wrong. I went back to the dealership and was told to call Toyota and Toyota Finance to fix it. I also had to contact the Secy. of State of IL twice to have my registration corrected. I wonder why I had to do all this since I paid a significant doc fee and the errors were dealer created ! Bad first experience to say the least. More
