I wish there was zero stars! !! My husband purchased a vehicle from Hamza Darwish and came home. I reviewed all the paperwork because English is my husbands 2nd language. F !! My husband purchased a vehicle from Hamza Darwish and came home. I reviewed all the paperwork because English is my husbands 2nd language. First of all, I am not denying my husband signed the paperwork. I get it, he was gullible. So, I explained to him he purchased a $1,499 paint protection warranty and a $299 theft system. We went in to the dealership to ask for a cancellation of the 2 add ons. First we were denied to talk to a finance professional, then we were denied to speak to a manager. The salesman stated he would be the liaison. He then called another employee "Nick" . They denied us cancellation of the warranties even though it clearly reads "This product is fully refundable with-in 30 days of date of purchase by your selling dealership". They denied cancellation of the finance agreement to accept cash. they denied us cancellation of the Equi-pro theft system. This is sooooo stereotypical of the bad old school car dealership/salesman bull. I am so disappointed in Toyota and will proceed to make phone calls to Toyota and the BBB. Possibly even an attorney. HORRIBLE More

Can't give a 5 star this visit. Service guy wasn't on top of things.
