Comfortable waiting room and all 6 month work done nicely.. The service area is very clean. The waiting room is comfy and relaxing. They great you in service immediately as you park and exit your vehicle. First The service area is very clean. The waiting room is comfy and relaxing. They great you in service immediately as you park and exit your vehicle. First Oil and filter changed at almost 10,000 as recommended by Toyota. Tores rotated per specs. The tech comes for you at the end of the completed service work and escorts you to the cashier to sign off on the under warranty 25 month plan included with your 2018 Toyota purchased at no cost. The service rep was there at my car in about a minute and soon had me waiting in the waiting area after answering all my questions. I had the service done without problems and had them check the air pressure in my tires. The car was just outside the door and I found it easily. In the past, I received mediocre service. Sorry, I did not get the gentleman's name, but his idea of customer service should be the standard that everyone should go by. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience. More

They give sound suggestions for service to your vehicle in detail, and keep up to date on any safety recalls that may occur. One of my favorite service specialists is Anthony "Tony" Camacho who I can depend on to give me great advice in vehicle upkeep and suggesting the best economical decisions for each individual customer. When I drive away from the dealership, I can be guaranteed that my vehicle is working at Toyota's highest specifications. Also I enjoy talking "trash" about sports teams with the entire crew. If you decide to get a new or pre-driven Toyota, the Orland Park site is a great choice. More

Always prompt All I needed this time was an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived Tony let me know it would be about an hour and he was exactly right.
