Several other items were recommended based on the age of the car and other conditions. I liked that they were color coded for urgency, allowing me to take care of the immediate need. A transmission fluid change was recommended because of a leak the was identified. I recently had the service done at a different dealership. Turns out that there was a loose bolt that needed tightening. The cost of the brake job was a little less that the esitmate. Hooray! Since I had multiple repairs done I was able to get a loaner vehicle. I purchased the vehicle at Orland Toyota. I've been completely happy with it. More

The service department staff have been sincerely personable in their expertise. They give sound suggestions for service to your vehicle in detail, and keep up to date on any safety recalls that may occur. One of my favorite service specialists is Anthony "Tony" Camacho who I can depend on to give me great advice in vehicle upkeep and suggesting the best economical decisions for each individual customer. When I drive away from the dealership, I can be guaranteed that my vehicle is working at Toyota's highest specifications. Also I enjoy talking "trash" about sports teams with the entire crew. If you decide to get a new or pre-driven Toyota, the Orland Park site is a great choice. More

The service rep was there at my car in about a minute and soon had me waiting in the waiting area after answering all my questions. I had the service done without problems and had them check the air pressure in my tires. The car was just outside the door and I found it easily. In the past, I received mediocre service. Sorry, I did not get the gentleman's name, but his idea of customer service should be the standard that everyone should go by. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience. More
