Disappointed in the Orland Toyota Dealership In April 2015, I purchased 4 new Michelin tires from Orland Toyota and was told that these four tires were “Top of the line!” A week later, one tire h In April 2015, I purchased 4 new Michelin tires from Orland Toyota and was told that these four tires were “Top of the line!” A week later, one tire had a “SlowLeak” and I was told that the dealership would not replace the tire, only patch it as they said it was from a nail. Since that time, I have had a slow leak in the same tire and have to constantly fill it with air. I have brought it into Orland Toyota and they have filled it with air and rotated the tires as well. On December 29,2018, I brought my car into Orland Toyota for my scheduled appointment to address the tire situation again. I was told that the tire had a slow leak once again! I was also told that I needed 4 New Tires! My tires were purchased in 2015 and only driven 32,000 miles! The Toyota Service Rep. stated that the warranty was for only 2 years and my tires are almost completely worn out. He showed me a sample of what tires look like new-through 5 Stages of wearing out and pointed out that mine were at the 2nd to last stage. I questioned how many miles a tire such as these should last? He said, “60,000 miles.” I said, “I’ve only driven my car 33,000 miles on these tires. He stated that there wasn’t anything else Orland Toyota could do for me. I asked him for Michelin Tires Customer Service number. He accommodated my request. I was at the dealership for approximately 3 hours. He did say originally that there was a hole in my left front tire and then switched it to the rear left in error. He gave me a $10.00 discount. I don’t blame the service guy for not honoring the warranty, I blame Orland Toyota. I paid almost $1000.00 on tires that should be replaced by the dealership if they cannot last longer than 33,000 Miles! This dealership should not sell new tires to their customers if they are poor quality or they don’t support the warranty! More

Hassle Free My husband and I stopped in for a test drive and told the sales associate that we were still shopping around. There was no presssure sales tactics from the associates. After the test drive we went home and shopped around on line for about a week. We reached out to over ten Toyota dealerships in the Chicagoland area and found that Orland Park Toyota gave us the best price. Pam Sinclair the on line sales associate sent us the MSRP along with the out the door price before and after the title and taxes. We later made an appointment and went into the dealership to make the purchase. It was hassle free and Brittany Ellison was fun to work with and answered all of our questions. The only descrepancy we had was the additional $100 for the nitrogen air in the tires. This was not included in the original price we were given. Overall it was hassle free and Brian Wilkes who completed all of the finance documents was genuine and friendly. Thank-you Pam, Brittany and Brain. We love the Highlander! Ed & Michelle Corral More

Did what I requested I rarely give the highest mark. You did what I asked to have without up selling too much. I think most surveys are poorly written and have a basis the basis here seems to be sharply skewed to the sales side. Makes me wonder about this. I have given up using the service web site what should be easy is not. When I last used it, you could not simply say you wanted a 48 month servicing. More

Previously, I have had to contact Toyota corporate to get information for the service people to set my door lock setting. I am not impressed. I used to see the same faces all of the time and feel confident in who I was dealing with. More
