I talked to Mr. Zayaad about my gap insurance being taken off my car note, I was informed to get my questions answered by calling the phone number on my statement because he did not have certainty about the questions I had. Also, stating there were certain ways he could communicate information per Toyota request. More

Not comfortable with their service Just had an oil change. As I was driving in the highway, the hood started to move as if it’s gonna open. It wasn’t locked! This is my second experience of negligence on their part. The 1st one was with my Sienna as they failed to tighten the lugs in one wheel and my minivan started to shake while I was in the highway.
