I talked to Mr. Zayaad about my gap insurance being taken off my car note, I was informed to get my questions answered by calling the phone number on my statement because he did not have certainty about the questions I had. Also, stating there were certain ways he could communicate information per Toyota request. More

I was provided a loaner to do my grocery shopping while the car was being repaired; which saved me hours and allowed me to get home before dark with a safe car. This is my second experience of negligence on their part. The 1st one was with my Sienna as they failed to tighten the lugs in one wheel and my minivan started to shake while I was in the highway. When my husband pulled in, he told them it was a specific tire that was losing pressure. They “looked” at the tires, and added air. Saturday morning??? Tire pressure light on AGAIN! Tony made sure that someone REALLY looked at my tire, and... they found a nail! Why someone couldn’t do that on Friday is the question.... More
