Four months ago you purchased an eleven year old vehicle (2007) with approximately 135,000 miles “As Is” with no warranty having been expressed or implied. At that time the vehicle showed no signs of having any transmission issues. On the day of purchase you were also given the opportunity of acquiring optional mechanical breakdown coverage which you declined.
