Not sure if I’m being taken Work is always good. But I’m always being told I need other that needs to be done. I had my car in for a oil change and said I needed a license plate Work is always good. I went out bought the bulb. Replace the front one first and then went to replace the license plate bulb and it was working 🤔. So two weeks later I took my car in for a coolant Flush. Now I was told I need a front brake job and a bulb again on the front passenger side now! 🤔they were all working when I took the car in. And why are they taking my tires off?. battery replacement plus came in late in the day for a new battery. after checking with the manager, Daniel was able to replace the battery and also fix an ongoing problem wit came in late in the day for a new battery. after checking with the manager, Daniel was able to replace the battery and also fix an ongoing problem with the tire pressure warning light, all in under 30 minutes. courteous, accommodating, competent service from all parties. Don't know what they are doing Transmission fluid change was recommended to fix transmission issue but did not fix anything and I owed $360 dollars. Selling unneeded services I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writer told me that I needed new engine and cabin air filters and that my battery terminal I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writer told me that I needed new engine and cabin air filters and that my battery terminals were corroded. I declined the service. Then when I checked he tried to charge me for the service. I was under a service plan. It included air filter changes for free. They changed the filters but said they wouldn’t clean the battery. They didn’t wash the car and left the plastic cover on the seat and paper mat in the car. I checked the battery terminals when I went home. They were in pristine condition although they left the cover off of the positive terminals. I questioned whether the filters were changed. I checked. They were. Took 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Don’t lie to me and tell me I need things that I don’t. There is a difference between upselling needed service and lying. More
