Horrible Went to this dealership because there was a recall on my Toyota. During the recall a multipoint inspection was done as a complimentary service. They g Went to this dealership because there was a recall on my Toyota. During the recall a multipoint inspection was done as a complimentary service. They gave me a list of things "supposedly" wrong with my car. After the car was fixed I was given my key back. I noticed it was no longer working as I was trying to open the door. I gave them the key in functional order. They said the battery died and charged me for a new one. The battery in the key was barely a year old but I wasn't going to argue. When I took my car to my mechanic to see if what's on the list needed to be done he brought out my cabin filter which was bent in and looked like a bow tie. Whoever looked at my car broke my cabin filter by shoving it back in place. Nothing on the list needed to be fixed other than my cabin filter which a Toyota technician broke. I will never go to Orland Toyota again. I rather go to Oaklawn Toyota where they seem more honest and take more care in working on the cars. More

PLUS! We offered him a loaner since the car needed to be there while parts came in knowing my son needed transportation to get to and from work. I went out bought the bulb. Replace the front one first and then went to replace the license plate bulb and it was working 🤔. So two weeks later I took my car in for a coolant Flush. Now I was told I need a front brake job and a bulb again on the front passenger side now! 🤔they were all working when I took the car in. And why are they taking my tires off?.
