Service was nice but not helpful I took my car for service about 2 weeks ago. My 2017 Sienna is only 1 year and 9 mo old. Five days after the maintenance service the GPS/phone/Radio c I took my car for service about 2 weeks ago. My 2017 Sienna is only 1 year and 9 mo old. Five days after the maintenance service the GPS/phone/Radio console stopped working. I have 59K on the van. I took it in again and they said I need a new GPS/phone/radio system!! It would cost me over $1100!!!! My car is not under the warranty anymore. Why would the GPS stop working on a not even 2 year old car right after I took it for a routine service?! I don’t trust them anymore. Terrible! More
Two visits to complete a recall Took my sienna in for a recall in December after having to call repeatedly to see if ordered parts were in. They said my recall was complete & I took my vehicle home. Automatic side doors which were to have been repaired began to work speratically. They stopped completely during the cold spell last week. Took the vehicle back & after having the vehicle for six hours they determined that there were loose electrical connections in the doors. Obviously they didn’t perform the recall correctly More
Installing remote start / and regular service I brought brand new 2013 Sienna Limited only drove 29,500 mile in toyota dealer while back and I finally decided to drop off the Van for a remote st I brought brand new 2013 Sienna Limited only drove 29,500 mile in toyota dealer while back and I finally decided to drop off the Van for a remote start and when I pick up my van the back up camera not working I walk back and ask why my back up camera not working . First thing they said it’s was like that when I dropped off . I told them it’s was working when I left my house and only 10 mins away from them . Make my story short after accused me saying it’s was not working when I dropped off and they took the van back and see what going on they come back told me it was cross wired . And they fixed now . Why can’t they double checked instead accused me for things they made mistake on . I cant believed Toyota can't own up their mistake . I also asked them for oil change since my sticker saying 2/19 due for changes and i do not have any information about my oil change , Everyone need to check their works before leaving the dealer Incase things happened . For sure they will not admit their mistake, thanks god I didn’t leave the dealer and hope this info helps anyone who go there for services . More
Disappointed in service job I was just at the service center to get an oil change and had a problem. The oil filter was improperly reattached by the service technician, resulting I was just at the service center to get an oil change and had a problem. The oil filter was improperly reattached by the service technician, resulting in an oil leak on the coldest day in the history of Chicago. I received three conflicting voicemails about the issue.. one saying it was fine but they needed me to come back and two others saying I may have a leak. Thank goodness, I did not try to drive the car 30 miles to work. . I almost missed a day of work but found another ride. I came back and they fixed the mistake but it took another hour and half. I’m disappointed they didn’t refund me or offer anything to make up for this huge error. If I would’ve driven to work as I planned (listening to the first message that the car was fine to drive) I would’ve destroyed the engine and been stranded in the cold. More
