LOOSE LUG NUTS AFTER TIRE ROTATION & OIL LEVEL LOW 2 QUARTS. On 3/19/19 my Sienna was in for an oil change and tire rotation with 96115 mile. The service was done by Toyota Technician. On 3/24/19 while drivi On 3/19/19 my Sienna was in for an oil change and tire rotation with 96115 mile. The service was done by Toyota Technician. On 3/24/19 while driving the van with my wife and son we heard what appeared to be a flat tire coming from the left front tire. We get out to check to find the tire fine. So I started to look at other things in that area. We found all the lug nuts loose on the front left (drivers side) wheel. The mileage was 96187. Because of my physical disability I had to have my 54 year old wife along with my 11 year old son tighten the loose lug nuts on the front left wheel to prevent the wheel from falling off and causing an accident. They also checked the other wheels to make sure they were tight. 3/25/19 I called and talked to service advisor Tony Camacho and explained what happened and asked to bring it in so they could check the van over. He said yes and was very apologetic. He also told me he informed service manager Ryan Dix and to ask for Ryan when I got there. When I arrived I asked for Ryan and he came out and greeted me. He was also very apologetic and told me he would personally take care of everything. We disgust inspecting the rim and other things in that area to make sure there was no damage. Along with checking the torque on all of the lug nuts and putting the jack back in the rear compartment. When Ryan was done with the Sienna he informed me that he didn’t find any damage and that wheels were all checked and torqued to the proper specification and the jack was back in the rear compartment. Again he was very apologetic for what had happened. I appreciate the apology’s from Tony and Ryan but I am upset at the service that was done on 3/19/19. I expect to not have an issue when I have my Sienna serviced at Orland Toyota by a certified Toyota technician. I would hope Toyota has a service manual and procedure for rotating tightening the the specific torque. Maybe there should be an added step for somebody else to check the torque to ensure it is done correctly. All I can think is thank God the wheel didn’t come off and cause and accident that could have possibly injured or killed my family or another family. 4/2/2019 had oil checked and found it to be down 2 quarts. The oil quality when replace is 6.4 quarts. It appears the technician didn’t know the proper quantity, or even cared to check the dipstick after the oil change service. More

Recall of car visit experience 2 stars for customer service. Staff was not friendly or helpful. First, I dropped off my car for the service as it takes over 2 hours to complete. 2 stars for customer service. Staff was not friendly or helpful. First, I dropped off my car for the service as it takes over 2 hours to complete. So I utilized the shuttle service. On the way there the driver is nice and professional. On the way back, I had a different shuttle driver and he was not professional at all. I said thank you to him twice and he literally didn’t even answer. Next, when I got back to Toyota to pick up my car, I enter thu the service entrance and waited to be helped. I wasn’t in line right at the front. There wasn’t anyone in front of me. There was two front desk staff. The first front desk guy was on the phone. Completely understand. However, the other front desk guy was talking with another girl about personal issues so I thought t was a customer. I waited over 5 min. And during the entire wait, that second front desk guy did look over at me a few times however he ignored me. The girl he was talking to looked back, saw me and ask me if I needed help. It was then I realized that they both worked for Toyota. That is very unprofessional and poor work ethics. 5 stars for service communication. I received a text message about recommended add on service and the option of declining it. I find that convenient and helpful. More
