very nice salesman I don't like visiting auto dealers. The experience is unpleasant at best but sometimes you just have to get it over with. First I did as much r I don't like visiting auto dealers. The experience is unpleasant at best but sometimes you just have to get it over with. First I did as much research online as possible. Toyota was the clear choice for my application. Never having owned an import I was on unfamiliar ground when I went to the dreaded dealers row on 159th street. There I met John Bingham, probably the most pleasant salesman ever. He immediately understood my needs and price point. He showed me the newer features on the models I was interested in. In less than an hour he found a car that matched my requirements. My apprehensions faded. An appointment was made to test drive the car the following day. The car was evrything John sais it was. I liked it. .A cash price was quickly arrived at and I agreed to the sale. That's when events took a turn. After a seemingly eternal wait the process lurched forward. The next stop is the closer. First a nice young lady offered several pricey add-on appearance items. No thank you, no problem. More waiting. Next came the high pressure closer, Daniel Salmon. I was treated as if I knew nothing. He tried to stuff some very pricey add-ons into the deal I was already satisfied with. No thank you , wow what a change in demeanor. I got the bums rush, and was pleased to have this phase completed.. An all cash no trade-in deal should be less of a hassle. Back to John and the delivery. He apoligized for the wait, put the new plates on, added some gas and agreed to get a replacement for the missing cargo net (which he did within a couple days). His communications were prompt and accurate - a real professional. I am pleased with the car. As a builder of domestic custom competition and show cars (mostly GM) moving into an import was quite a leap. Thanks to John Bingham"s help I've landed well More

Salesman not helpful with navigating electronic features I didn't have a good experience with the sales person. I asked for help navigating the electronic dashboard. He passed me to a different person but th I didn't have a good experience with the sales person. I asked for help navigating the electronic dashboard.
