Lengthy Oil changes While visiting Toyota in Orland. It took well over an hour just for an oil change. Nobody communicated with me on exactly how long the wait would be. Nearly two hours for an oil change I'm really disappointed in the service speed at this location. I have never experienced this at any other Toyota service center. I made an appointment I'm really disappointed in the service speed at this location. I have never experienced this at any other Toyota service center. I made an appointment and was on time for my standard service which would include an oil change and tire rotation. Nearly two hours later my car was finished and I found out they didn't even rotate the tires. Waiting two hours for an oil change when they promise 45 minutes is unacceptable. More

Pleasant used car buying experience I had a good experience here. The place was clean and Sean was a professional. He even gave me a ride back from the rental car place. 2 hours for an oil change. I had to make my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to ensure a saturday. Chose 9:20 am so I could make it to an 11 o clock appointment. Walked in I had to make my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to ensure a saturday. Chose 9:20 am so I could make it to an 11 o clock appointment. Walked in with my children on time. The employee asked if we were going to wait for the car and I replied in the affirmative. At 10:35 I asked about the progress and the car apparently hadnt been touched yet. I reminded him that my children and I were waiting and that I had an appointment. They "rushed it" from there-- still took 31 more minutes. They skipped the car wash (again!) and forgot to fill my washer fluid. Of all the times I have brought my car to this location, I have ALWAYS answered yes when asked if they can wash it for me. Only once did they do it, and it was not a job well done. I have bought 2 cars from this dealer and have serviced them exclusively at this dealership. No more. It would take a lot to convince me they have their shit together. I am sure I can find other places that value my time enough to earn my business. More
