Unhappy Customer with the finance dept. I purchased a vehicle from Orland Toyota. This was a cash sale. When I arrived at a scheduled pick up for my car. I explained to young lady who I was I purchased a vehicle from Orland Toyota. This was a cash sale. When I arrived at a scheduled pick up for my car. I explained to young lady who I was there to see. She had my wait for 1 hour before my party was notified I was there (he never knew I was there to see him). Then I had to wait another 1hr 1/2 to see a fiance person for a cash sale! This is unexceptable.. There was no financing that needed to be handled on a cash sale that was paid in full! It took all of 10 minutes to complete this. I was there for a total of 3 1/2 hours to pick up a car that was already brought and paid for with a cash carry deal. I will not recommend Orland Toyota. I purchased a brand new car from one of your competitors and the deal was much more professional. My sales person was excellent! He did apologize. However, you need more staff available to service for financing. More

Wait was too long I had a 9 o’clock appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an 1 hour wait. Turned out to be a 2 hour wait. Also when I got home I had a 9 o’clock appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an 1 hour wait. Turned out to be a 2 hour wait. Also when I got home and reviewed the paperwork I noticed that I didn’t receive the inspection report that I normally receive. So I’m not sure if an inspection was done or not. More
