First time paying ... meh. I have a 2016 Prius. The purchase included 2 years of free oil change and tire rotation. This was the first appointment I had to pay out of pocket. I have a 2016 Prius. We did not leave until 11:30. Never had to wait like that. When I left the dealership I realized my tire sensor was on. I cant believe the tires were rotated and the pressure wasn't checked. Was not about to go back and wait for them to check. Took it to an oil change place and they added air. More

Brakes plus wheel rebalance and rotation The service technicians were very good. The brake work was done and completed on time as expected. The question I have is; since the wheels and tires are already removed to complete the brake job, why is there a separate charge for rotating the tires? I understand the charge for the rebalancing of the wheels and tires. Make sense? More
