Had the 10,000 mile Toyota Care maintenance and the work was done expertly and correctly. The only complaint I have is that I sat in their waiting room for over 2 hours for a simple job. I am a believer in getting what you pay for, which is why I choose to service my vehicle at a dealer 50 minute drive from home. However Orland Toyota continues to disappoint . This time by overcharging me and blaming me for not catching their error in less than the 10mins it took them to close my invoice it took me 20mins to turn around and drive back. Now my refund is in limbo. Refused to return money to card , it is not their policy to reverse charge they made in error. They can only make a charge for payment. I spoke to few people and 2 of them said I have to wait for a check, the last seemed to say what I wanted to hear, but no apology for their mistake, my card still shows full amount charged. Make sure to read all of your receipts carefully and question discrepancies. More

When I purchased my 2021 Toyota, There was no second key with the vehicle. My salesperson (Jac) informed me that it would take approx 9 days to have the key delivered. After two weeks had passed, I spoke wi with the vehicle. My salesperson (Jac) informed me that it would take approx 9 days to have the key delivered. After two weeks had passed, I spoke with Jac and he advised me to bring in the car on September 16th @ 10:45 a.m. and they key would be programmed. When I arrived, I went to the parts dept. and spoke to a parts person. He checked his computer but couldn't find that the key had ever been ordered. I told him that I expected someone to call me and explain how this had happened. I received a call on Monday from the service mgr. (Dave), who informed me that the key that was needed was in stock. I brought the car in on Tuesday and I finally got the extra key. I am not pleased with the customer service. It appears that either Jac never ordered the key or even spoke with the parts dept. If he had, he would have found out that the key was already in stock. More

Ive purchased three cars at Orland Park Toyota over the last 10 years. I always buy a extended service plan (warranty). On this last vehicle i also purchased a Tire and Wheel plan, what a waste of money! S last 10 years. I always buy a extended service plan (warranty). After every excuse in the world they finally “repaired” it during our last service appointment! IF THATS WHAT YOU CALL A REPAIR!!! Looks like someone used a sharpy to color the rim the scrape is still there. So after 10 phone calls to service, the service manager and the finance manager who sold me the plan this is what i get. Ill attach a picture for wveryone to see. More
