At least I got the car I wanted I chose Orland because they had the specific model in the specific color I wanted in a model year that was hard to come by. I put a deposit down and w I chose Orland because they had the specific model in the specific color I wanted in a model year that was hard to come by. I put a deposit down and was excited to complete the transaction. However, when I arrived, no one was expecting me and had heard of me, despite communicating with a representative all week, scheduling an appointment, and putting down $500. They agreed to thoroughly inspect my trade in, which they said they needed to drive to get an accurate value. They never drove the thing and low balled me compared to other places that have seen it. I was able to get them to come up a little on price and thought I had a great deal. However, when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the out the door price jumped up $1000 and no one bothered to tell me while they were drawing up the final papers. I was stuck - I had just spent 3 hours there and switched over my insurance... a pretty low class move. The good news is I love my car, but not because of Orland. They did check in to see how my purchase went, but placed me on a 15-minute hold when I called back. More

Again Carolyn responded and asked of I wanted to test drive both cars that day. I was unsure due to work schedule and rainy weather. Issues with work & weather cleared up. When I arrived only Camry was still available. I wanted to test drive a Corolla S so I can compare the models. Sales rep John D was able to provide a Corolla S to test drive. After debating I purchased the Camry. More
