No advocacy for the consumer I’ve got 2 vehicles I’ve taken to this Toyota. Every time I go I’m presented with work recommended totally greater than $1000. No one tells you what y I’ve got 2 vehicles I’ve taken to this Toyota. Every time I go I’m presented with work recommended totally greater than $1000. No one tells you what you need now vs what you could do later. When I had my vehicle that’s only 5 years old looked at at another Toyota dealer and presented the list recommended, they said technically everything needed to be done eventually but not NOW. A lot of it was due in about 30K miles so I left the second dealer with $300 worth of work not $1000. So what really needs to be done vs what could be done later or really over time? You’ll never be told here. Try another Toyota service department where they advocate for you as a lifelong customer and where you’re more likely to actually get the work done because you can afford to and you trust them. More

John Davisson is your guy I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This dealership has a warranty that only one dealership offers within a 65 mile radius, which means every othe I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This dealership has a warranty that only one dealership offers within a 65 mile radius, which means every other dealership on 159th in Tinley doesn’t have it, this covers powertrain and trans for the life of the car. I also recommend buying an additional warranty on the electrical parts of the car, which is good for 30,000 miles that you put on the car (added to the miles already on the car if you buy used). John Davisson really took care of us. I bought a 2016 Corolla Sport edition off the showroom floor and 2 days after, the battery died, they got me in the shop same day (within 1 hour) and had the battery changed and fluids topped off within 30 minutes. John was the one to facilitate all this, and I appreciate his work. In addition, Ali in financing outlined the details of the purchasing process perfectly. More
