Worst place I have ever been. Have appointment and wait 2 hours for them to even look at your car. Made appointment letting them know what was strong with my can and what part needed replacement. spend 2 2 hours for them to even look at your car. Prices are higher than other dealerships. Go literally anywhere else!!! More

Sam Rafati is a great salesman! He’s so friendly and tries to do all he can for you! Unfortunately, management sucks! I purchased a 2021 vehicle two weeks ago. I was offered and signed the warranty pap tries to do all he can for you! Unfortunately, management sucks! I purchased a 2021 vehicle two weeks ago. I was offered and signed the warranty paperwork stating I had the paint protection plan and lied to that it was applied to the car upon delivery! Later I was told that due to my down payment that they couldn’t give me the plan?! What?! I purchased the auto starter package and when I picked up my truck the next day, it looked as if the technicians installed the auto start in a field of mud. My car was filthy inside and out!!! Poor Sam offered to hand clean the car himself the next day which was his off day. Not to mention I thought that my factory smart key fob would be used to control the auto start!! Not at all! I got a cheap lil fob to control it. Who wants two key fobs on one key ring!!! I left a message for the manager, Hector with my complaint and as of today, two weeks later, NO return call! I should’ve went to the Toyota dealer in Hodgkins! I’ll be going there for all maintenance going forward! More

I brought my car for oil change last week. My experience was not good. Price was not honored as the coupon indicated, I asked for all filters to be checked. I received a text to go pay cashier, I had to wait for someone to tell me where to go, I paid and picked up the paper work , it said so many things need to be changed and fixed but we do not have the parts. Nothing about Filters. No one came to explain to me or even ask me if I want anything to be worked in. I told them that my car has a recall and please verify, nothing has been looked at. I was disappointed and figured this dealer does not want customers to come back. I sent text messages asking for the survey link so I can share with them, no response. BAD BAD Dealer at Orland Park Toyota.. I would have expected someone to explain to me after all, and also the recall is a serious thing no one said anything about it. Do not expect me to come back even though I have 2 cars made by Toyota . More

Took way to long Got to dealer at 10 am ( my appointment time) . Car was not moved to the back repair area till 11. Am. Took 15 minutes to put on apiece that fell off. Got to dealer at 10 am ( my appointment time) . Car was not moved to the back repair area till 11. Am. Took 15 minutes to put on apiece that fell off. I was standing in the appointment room when the tech came and told us that the part they ordered was not in. The other tech called the part place and said was told that the part was on the counter. Well the tech got the part put it on. I left at 11:45 Got home at 12:15. Looked at the part and it was loose again So W T F do I do now???? I am leaving on vacation on Sunday 7-11-19 More
