My family has been purchasing new and used vehicles from Orlando Toyota for over 10 years. Even after moving from the area, we continue to drive almost 200 miles and return to this dealership for our vehic Orlando Toyota for over 10 years. Their reliability, good pricing on purchases and leases, and overall great service before and after the sale keeps us coming back. We also continue to use the same salesman, Al K., each time as he is trust worthy and makes the purchasing process very easy. We would recommend Orland Toyota and Al K. to anyone interested purchasing a vehicle. More
I have bought about 5 cars from Al Krajewski at the Orland Toyota location. I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with all of my cars and with Al. I know Al has been at this dealership for a very long time. I trust him, he is honest, and I have recommended MANY of my friends and family to him....all of whom have also been very happy with their Toyotas. I have also been very happy with the service department. Jim and Pat are always very helpful and efficient, and the service I need done is always done in a timely manner. I will absolutely continue to recommend many more customers to Orland Toyota in the future and to Al for his great customer service! More
Without a doubt, the worst dealership I have ever delt with!!! If you do businesses with this dealer you are a fool!! I purchased a used Pathfinder(1800 miles and it was a 2010) from them on a Friday, CO with!!! If you do businesses with this dealer you are a fool!! I purchased a used Pathfinder(1800 miles and it was a 2010) from them on a Friday, CONFIRMED I HAD THE TRUCK DEAL (and had signed paperwork from the manager!) that day and they took my $2000. They completed all the paperwork with my bank on that same day. That Friday (same day) I purchased a one way non-refundable plane ticket for the following week since I live in Michigan. They call me 3 days later and say that they sold the truck to someone else!! How can they do this??? No clue but there management and the dealer owners are not to be trusted!! The only good person was the salesperson who I worked with (Carlos). I tried contacting the dealership owner but he would not respond to emails or phonecalls. This same dealership owner a Lexus dealership in Chicago (Lexus Of Orland ) and eventhough I have not delt with that dealership I would never consider going there either!! More
I bought a new 4-runner from this dealership several years ago. Last Summer I took my 4-runner in to the service department for new shocks and struts. They did not have the struts in stock and said th years ago. Last Summer I took my 4-runner in to the service department for new shocks and struts. They did not have the struts in stock and said that they must order them and that it would take 1-3 days for them to be delivered. In the mean time, I paid in FULL for parts and labor, in advance of any service. Every week for six weeks I would call and get nothing but excuses: Out of Stock, Shipment lost and no tracking number, struts sent to another dealership. On and on it went. After the seventh week, I got tired of the BS and excuses. The manager would NOT return my calls so I went and got a refund. They will never see my smiling face or get another dime from me or my family, friends or neighbors. I plan to buy a new car this year and I will purchase it through the COSTCO buying plan. They know how to treat and respect customers. More
After purchasing a used auto from this dealer they failed to provide any support of issues found after the sale. There was no spare tire provided and one of the wheel hub covers was missing. After multiple phone calls, there was no response from the dealer. They were located too far away to easily drive to the dealership, so I attempted to get a response over the phone. Also discovered the car had a damaged tire and after less than a week a thumping developed in the rear axle. Since vehicle was not a Toyota I took it to a local Hyundai dealer and they found that the 4-wheel drive coupling was bad. Over $1000 to repair. Orland Toyota provided a 12 month 12K mile warranty with the vehicle, but of course this problem was not covered under their USELESS warranty. This dealership is the worst that I have ever dealt with. Avoid buying anything from these crooks. There are many reputable dealers, so don't waste your time and money with these idiots. Update 1/26/11: After complaining to the Better Business Bureau, the dealer responded about a year after purchase of the vehicle and provided a check for $150 for the missing spare tire. I have recently sold the vehicle after multiple repairs ($2500). Although the dealer finally provided some compensation, I will not buy another vehicle from this dealer. More
Do not believe anything they tell you. They will claim to get a vehicle in for you, and it won't show up. You'll leave a deposit, and they'll give you all sorts of stories as to why it will take them 2 w to get a vehicle in for you, and it won't show up. Yes, first we were told a few days (which is rediculous in the first place) and then after 3 days were told they couldn't even track the money they take in (really? what kind of business can't track their credit card transactions?) Then, we were told it will take a few weeks because the salesman is on vacation.....it's incredible that they are still in business with this type of service or lack there of! More
