Everybody I dealt with at the Orland Toyota/Scion dealer was extremely friendly, especially Ahmed Saleh and Sam Frank. I bought the car off the lot and a few features I had wanted were not already in the car so Sam talked to me and gave me some expected dates of arrival and that it would be a quick visit for the installation. Sam and Ahmed both gave me their cards and were very clear to call them for anything I have a question about. Aside from a having to wait for a little bit before taking care of my experience at the Toyota/Scion dealer was all positive.
