I have always had Toyota's in the past and knew I wanted to get another new one. Went to the previous dealer I had bought from and was very disappointed. So I thought I'd try Toyota in Orland as I had rea to get another new one. Went to the previous dealer I had bought from and was very disappointed. So I thought I'd try Toyota in Orland as I had read some of the reviews. Immediately I was greeted by a very friendly sales consultant, Tom Vaughan. We sat down and I told him what car I was looking for and what features I wanted in the vehicle. Tom was personable and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, as I also wanted to look at a couple other models. He went to work and found what I wanted. He was pleasant to work with; not pushy and was willing to work out the best deal he could get for me. I was extremely happy with the price and with his willingness to help me stay within my budget. When we were all done, I asked for a few of his cards so that I could give them to friends when they were looking for a car. I will definitely be returning to Toyota in Orland and sure hope Tom is there to work with me. Great experience! And did I mention, it was later in the day and everyone that needed to stayed past their normal working hours so that I could drive home the car that day! Way beyond the call of duty! More
