I have been involved in the purchase of 9 new cars, and Al Pierce by far was the best salesman I have dealt with on the purchase of a new 2013 Toyota Camry. Al is NOT one of those pushy salesmen that are Al Pierce by far was the best salesman I have dealt with on the purchase of a new 2013 Toyota Camry. Al is NOT one of those pushy salesmen that are all too common in the car sales business, rather Al is easy going and makes you feel as if you are buying a car from a friend of yours. Al was very knowledgeable about the Camry and this helped greatly!! He set up a few features the new Camry had for us and that was a great help. The whole experience at Orland Toyota was great!!! Our situation was not the best to purchase a brand new car........but Al and those at Orland Toyota really worked with us, and for us. I will let other know the great service and treatment we received at Orland Toyota and let me know Al Pierce is the one you need to talk to over there!! More

I purchased a Camry less than a year ago from this dealership and in November of 2012 it was totalled in a car accident. So my "looking" day...turned out to be my "buying" day and I drove off the lot in my new Toyota Camry Hybrid. I stoped in the dealership to service my 2010 Camary. I went to the showroom and met Paul Glikis. He was a pleasure to work with and he showed me a 2013 Avalon that caught my eye. My wife, a 15 year Acura owner, had to make a visit to the Acura dealer to see what they could do. We were at the Acura dealer for two hours. In the end it was Paul who made the deal to a hard Acura customer. Great job Paul. Paul also came in on his day off when we had a question about the car. Thanks again. PS. I was in the market for a new car when I arrived at Orland Toyota. The first person I met was Mr Al Pierce. I went to the Toyota dealership for two reasons: 1, I was in need of a car, due to an accident, in which I totaled my car. 2. The car I totaled, but truly saved my life, was a toyota. When I first arrived, I was kindly greeted by Al Pierce. He had a great big smile, and was ready to help me with what I needed. I already had a car in mind, and asked Al about it. Al was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which was a huge plus, many salesman aren't. The car looked great and the price was right!! My entire experience was quite fun. Al was very professional, accommodating, and truly did a great job. Two things that truly made me happy and separates Al from most salesmen is he listened, and went above and beyond. I had wrapped my previous car around a tree, because I had fallen asleep at the wheel, on my way home from work. Well Al had put a 5 hour energy in the car, just in case, I found myself in a similar situation in the future. Also, my new car had bluetooth, programmed seats, all the bells and whistles. Al, took the time and programmed everything to my liking, including my contacts on my GPS. SInce, I purchased a Lexus, I really wanted a Lexus key chain. Toyota didn't have any, but AL went and got one from the Lexus dealership and mailed it to my house! Overall, my experience was outstanding. I truly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I hope I don't need a new car soon, but if I do I am definitely going back to see Al!! Thank you AL for making buying a car so enjoyable!! More

This new car purchase was a huge commitment for me. I still have a child in college, so I was on a strict budget. Working with Ali Zayyad was a very enjoyable experience. He completely understood my financial restrictions and did all he could to get me to a monthly payment I felt comfortable making. Ali was also aware of my back problems and knee issues, so he took me on test drives in both the Rav4 and Camry, rather than smaller vehicles that are more confining. I was so grateful that he was so considerate of my health concerns. In the end, we got to a monthly payment I was happy with, and I now own a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry. I could not be happier! Thanks to everyone at Orland Toyota who helped me with this purchase. More
