I have been shopping around for a highlander for a couple of months and thought I found the one I wanted at another dealer, but felt they were being a bit too pushy and wanted to check out one more dealer on of months and thought I found the one I wanted at another dealer, but felt they were being a bit too pushy and wanted to check out one more dealer on my list before the start of the new year. That's when I walked into Orland Toyota and Marek Okreglak greeted us, ready to answer any of our questions and if he didn't know answer, he went above and beyond to find out. I didn't feel anyone their was pushy. Marek was extremely patient, knowledgable about the different options, and professional. He really made us feel comfortable and I can tell he really wanted us to be happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Marek when purchasing a vehicle. He saw us through the purchase until the very end and help me set up all the options in my car. My experience with the dealer and salesman was very positive. The salesman was very informative, patient, and friendly. The price was good but could have been brought down just a bit considering the mi positive. The salesman was very informative, patient, and friendly. I was running late to purchase the car due to the bad weather and finding a ride and Ty made me feel guilty for not being on time by telling me "that he had other things to do". It made me feel very uncomfortable and it wasn't professional. The finance experience wasn't that good. Al Perry refused to sell me the car without gap insurance and I felt pressured to buy it. The price of the car only went down because I had financing elsewhere and that was the only time price/interest rate was lowered. He also lied and said that he had no idea about about USAA when they are in fact a certified dealer with them. Overall, I would recommend people to come and buy/lease from this dealership and salesman. More

I had an excellent experience at Orland Toyota Scion thanks to Marek. As soon as I walked in the door, Marek greeted me and let me know that he was available to assist me with my search for a new car. I thanks to Marek. My wife and I went to this dealer because they had the Blue FR-S she wanted. Al discussed the process (it was our first time purchasing a Scion). Al then proceeded to show us a slightly used (highly opt Blue FR-S she wanted. Al discussed the process (it was our first time purchasing a Scion). Al then proceeded to show us a slightly used (highly optioned) model that wasn't in the color my wife wanted. He explained the cost saving, but My wife wanted Blue. Al said I will go get one and bring it up. He ran it through the car wash prior. During the drive Al discussed the features and benefits of the model. After returing to the dealership we were asked and given the opportunity to talk privately and decide if we wanted to begin the accessory/option process. While our trade in vehicle was being evaluated my wife started comparing the cost of new to the sub 4k mile used car. We decided to change our mind and go with the used one instead. Al said that was not problem and indicated we made the right choice. In summary, at no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. Al also recommended the the most economical choice at first (it may have been the best for the dealer too). Everything was clearly laid out in writing to prevent misunderstanding. We were given what my wife wanted for the trade in vehicle. After the sale Al helped link my wife's phone with the car and gave her 10-20 minutes of tutorials on the cars options. My only complaint is that we still did not have everything complete for more than 4 hours, but that is the same time frame every other vehicle purchase has taken. More
