We went to the Orland Toyota dealership to look at the 4- Runner and ended up buying the 2013 Venza. It was a great experience all around. John was very friendly and easy to work with. John made the experience of purchasing our first Toyota very pleasurable. John was very thorough, not pushy, explained how the Venza worked in detail, worked around my time table because of work and made very pleasurable.
