We purchased a used vehicle from John about 3 years ago. Had a wonderful experience with him at that time. When we came back this time to purchase a new vehicle, he was just as friendly and helpful and even Had a wonderful experience with him at that time. I had the best car buying experience of my lifetime this past Saturday when I bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Al Krajewski. Al was the consummate professional. He took time to search the inventory for a past Saturday when I bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Al Krajewski. Al was the consummate professional. He took time to search the inventory for a better choice than the car I originally came in to test drive. He assisted me with all of the various issues for example, showing me how to save money by buying new license plates instead of transferring my old ones. Al was pleasant to deal with, and he answered all of my questions in an honest-straightforward manner. I could not be happier with my new Toyota, the whole buying process, and Orland Toyota.
