Went to several other dealerships. None of them brought car up to door. Al Pierce went above and beyond trying to find a car that met my criteria. Found a car I liked. I visited another dealer prior to this one and the experience in comparison was awful. I must say that Joe made the experience great. After choosing a vehicle, he explained that this vehicle is a really safe car that would last a long time with proper upkeep, (I purchased a Honda). At first, I was disappointed because I initially wanted a Toyota, (hence the dealership I chose), but Joe was extremely reassuring in explaining to me that Hondas are excellent vehicles. Overall, I left with something I wanted and although the price range was not exactly where I wanted it, (a bit over my quoted range), I was comfortable with it considering that I really did like the car. I have now had the vehicle for about six weeks and I have fallen in love with it! I returned within a few days of the purchase to have my wipers changed and Joe was still just as kind as before. He allowed me to take my puppy in the waiting room and even gave me info about a great place to go to have work done to the car. He is the kind of salesperson that takes particular interest in every person that walks in. He really pulled the experience together for me and made me feel comfortable in calling him for any questions I may have! More
