I have given them the best possible rating because they have helped me in numerous ways while selecting a car to purchase. The atmosphere was great, I didn't feel pressured when I initially visited them on have helped me in numerous ways while selecting a car to purchase. I came back on a Friday and test drove a car I liked. I wasn't pressured to buy, but I wanted that car so badly. The finance department helped me out and we worked out a great deal. I love my new car and I appreciate them helping me out the way they did. Chris and Roxanne are truly spectacular! More

In the last 6years i have bought 4 different models of Toyota, Ali Zayyad is the best sales representative, i have ever met, He takes time to explain different feature of the car and pricing to you, after Toyota, Ali Zayyad is the best sales representative, i have ever met, He takes time to explain different feature of the car and pricing to you, after making a deal, He will take you to your car and show you how to operate equipments in the car. Hes very ready to answer question at anytime regarding any issue with the car. I once had a problem with the 2nd row seat of my 2012 Toyota Sienna and took it to the dealership, Ali's response was very quick, the service technician was good too. I have also met the manager Tom who will bend over backwards to make the deal happen. So far my buying experience with Orland Toyota has been very pleasant. I will recommend them to first time Toyota owners. More
