"Big Al" was wonderful to work with. My father Dave came to the dealership to introduce our family to Al since he has bought numerous new Toyota Camrys' from him over the years. We traveled from Aurora, IL to see specifically Al, since my father has talked so highly of him in regards to his helpfulness, honesty, and trustworthiness. We decided to buy a Camry because of its reliable reputation since it was for our three teenage children to share. Over all I got the car I wanted exc I believe the pricing was a bit deceiving as I saw the price via internet for 3,000.00 cheaper than what I paid. Over all I got the car I wanted exceeding my my monthly price range but I trust that the finance department did the best they could do to get me into the car I wanted, after all it's all the I have to go on. The Dealership staff had a very welcoming vibe. I plan to return for service on my car just because of the welcoming staff. Marek was extremely helpful and overall extraordinary with his level of customer service.I entered the dealership to explore options, Marek the salesman was actually off for the day but offered to assist me while I drool over cars. I informed him that I wasn't really prepared to shop today but he still took the time to assist me, not like most salesman " no shop today" I won't waste my time is what the typical salesman would display. Instead Marek set with me and explained that they have second chance finance options, advising me that my credit may not be as bad a I thought. Marek introduced me to Guy ... also a friendly person, whom ran my credit and excitingly informed me that I could shop today if I wanted to. My overall experience was fabulous as I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I intend to tell everyone I know that's looking for a nice reliable car about my experience with Orland Toyota " ask for Marek " is what I will say. I absolutely love excellent customer service and that's exactly what I got at Orland Toyota. More
