My wife and I went in to Orland Toyota with an offer from another dealership on a 2013 Sienna XLE who didn't have the color we wanted. We were shopping for our first Toyota. Upon walking in, my wife and I w another dealership on a 2013 Sienna XLE who didn't have the color we wanted. We were shopping for our first Toyota. Upon walking in, my wife and I were met immediately by John Bingham who promptly greeted us. We let him know what we were looking for and he immediately got to working for us. We had already test driven the car so that wasn't necessary even though he offered. After showing us a similar car, we sat down and talked numbers. Eventually, we got the offer from the other dealership matched. They didn't have the car in their inventory, but were able to obtain it within 24 hours. John was professional, courteous and prompt in dealing with us. Roxann the finance person was as well. She gave us the available maintenance and warranty information and was not at all pushy about it. Before leaving with our new car, John took some more time to show us how to use the various options in the car and was able to answer all our questions. We left happy customers. More

I ABSOLUTELY had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle yesterday, but that obviously changed. I first talked to internet salesman Billy Zayyad, told him I'd think about coming in tonight, which I did. The KINDNESS & FRIENDLINESS of Hector Torres & Al Krajewski were great. From the wonderful experience I had last time with Hector & Al this time made it even easier. Al's knowledge of the vehicles made it very easy to get questions asked and answered and saved everybody a lot of time. There was no haggling with Hector Torres or Sue Jimenez, just a great price and deal. The next thing I knew I was taking home a car for my daughter.
