We pulled into the lot and were greeted with a friendly smile. Vincent walked us through the nice clean service department to the back lot to show us the car we were looking for. Very disappointed I purchased a car not one year ago with this dealer sent my mom to buy one as well only to discover that the hybrid battery had died and now cost me 4000.00 the dealer say this isn't covere this dealer sent my mom to buy one as well only to discover that the hybrid battery had died and now cost me 4000.00 the dealer say this isn't covered in my extended warranty with all state. We asked for a warranty at the time of purchase they sold me one that doesn't cover hybrid batteries. My heart aches right now cause I have given this company so much credit and praise only to discover I was sold a lemon with a 5 year note. I could have been on any lot to be treated this way. To think Toyota would sell me a bad car with 5 years financing through them ( toyota financial) is vey disappointing and now no service manager is here to talk about this. As they keep saying nothing like this has ever happened with the hybrid cars.... I'm in tears as I'm young and can't afford such an issue. I'm only worried that even after repairing this something else my go wrong. I don't know what to do at this point. Never in a million years would I have expected this More
