I went to the Orland Park Toyota this past Saturday to trade in my 2003 Volkswagon and look for a new car. Originally, I was nervous about the car buying experience since this was my first time looking for a new car; however, I was immediately put at ease upon meeting Al Krajewski, the friendliest salesman I have ever encountered. Al helped me to receive the best price for my Volkswagon beetle, which allowed me to purchase a beautiful 2013 RAV 4 at a great price. He patiently walked my husband and I through all of the necessary steps and clarified any, and all, questions I had. Even after we decided on the car, Al patiently explained every last feature in the vehicle and made sure my car was shiny and flawless before I took it out of the lot. I can't thank Al enough for this wonderful experience! I absolutely love my new Rav 4, and I will be encouraging all of my friends and family to stop by the dealership the next time they are in the market for a new vehicle. More

John Davison was the salesperson that took care of my visit. I purchased a new 2014 Toyota Corolla. John Davison patiently answered all of my questions concerning my purchase. I was not rushed or pressured into any decision during the course of our deliberations.. After the deal was made, John Davison spent time in explaining the features inside the Toyota I purchased. It was a thorough walk-through. Mr. Davison also invited me to ask questions going forward in time. I felt the buying experience was organized and conducted in a thorough and systematic way. I purchased a 2013 Avalon XLE Touring model on October 12th. I had met with John Bingham on one previous visit. I called and set an appointment for noon on Saturday to show the car to my husband. I really enjoyed working with John. As a sales professional myself, I really appreciated John's level of service. He kept in touch with me in the days between our appointments and updated me on inventory, pricing, etc. I would highly recommend John as a source of information if you're looking for a Toyota. I was a little less impressed with finance dept. In the same sentence Al told us what a great, dependable car we were buying and tried to sell us a warranty. When we declined, he was persistent and kept telling us the average repair cost of an Avalon is $2800. He dropped the price twice trying to get us to buy it. This really soured the entire process for me. I didn't appreciate the scare tactic or the hard sell. Of course we were required to sign a document stating we were aware of the warranties and chose not to purchase. Al then said when we come in having a large repair he would have the document available in case we tried to say he didn't tell us about the warranty. I am an educated, informed consumer, and I don't believe I need a $3000 extended warranty on a $35000 vehicle. Al was just a little too pushy for me. Fortunately we were out of finance quickly and could get back to enjoying our new car. Every time we visited the dealership we were greeted by a friendly young gal who always offered a big smile and any assistance we may need. This was a nice treat. At another dealership I actually had to ask for a salesperson. More

Brittany was very helpful and patient with me as we discussed several leasing options. She is very sincere and I felt she took a genuine interest in seeing that I got the best deal for my budget. We test drove three different vehicles and finally decided on the Camry. I had turned in my Toyota leased car which lease terms had expired. I left my I-Pass transponder in that car and didn't realize it until a few days later. I called Brittany and she was very helpful in seeing that I was able to get the transponder back. I would highly recommend Brittany as she is very competent sales consultant. This is the third Toyota I have leased from Orland Toyota and am very pleased with the dealership. More

He listened to me and what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything more than what I asked for. He explained every detail to me of the vehicle, the maintenance plans, extended warranties, and his honesty and making me feel like a customer he truly cared about was definitely not at all expected, but so appreciated! I have continually expressed his name and the dealership to my friends, and he will always be the first person I will refer a friend too when they are looking for a car. I left the dealership as not only a new car owner/buyer, but a loyal customer to Al and Orland Toyota as long as I am able to drive!!!! More
