The overall experience at this dealership was nothing short of fantastic. The employees that helped me were very genuine and kind and made sure that I was taken care of in every way. Honestly, I first visited Orland Toyota for a trial run to see if I wanted to do business there. Let's say I interviewed them! Of course my first 2 visits I was only looking because buying a new vehicle is to see if I wanted to do business there. Let's say I interviewed them! Of course my first 2 visits I was only looking because buying a new vehicle is a huge financial commitment & I just wasn't ready. So after 2-3 months of researching and designing the TUNDRA I wanted, I couldn't believe it, Orland Toyota had one on their lot! Furthermore, my interview with them previously, Orland Toyota guaranteed to beat or match another quote that I received. Keeping that in mind & with just a little haggling (had to refresh their memory) they matched the price of their competitor. The entire process lasted about 2.5 hours of which .75 hours was the test drive and familiarizing myself with the Tundra. Sales Consultant Al Pierce was easy to talk to and extremely helpful throughout this process. Let's face it, buying a new vehicle is stressful, but Al was truly helpful and made the experience far better than I ever expected. I certainly recommend Orland Toyota and don't forget to ask for Al Pierce. More
