My name is Sharon Dortch and my husband name is Robert, we were looking to purchase the 2014 1794 Toyota Tundra and had gone to another dealer ( i will not mention) because we purchased 3 cars from them pr we were looking to purchase the 2014 1794 Toyota Tundra and had gone to another dealer ( i will not mention) because we purchased 3 cars from them prior and figured that they knew us and we were dedicated customers. We went to the "other" dealer and they kept trying to make us buy what they had and not what we wanted, then we told them basically where we wanted to be payment wise, and they were adamant about making us to pay what they say no negotiating, and last the customer service sucked! My husband mentioned that he wanted to try Orland Toyota and when I say the difference was a complete turn a around, it was. We were greeted by Hector Torres whom I didn't know was the GM at the time and he is the nicest person and then by Nathan Rodriguez who is also sweet as pie, they were very knowledgable, they answered every question, and if they didn't know they would find out, we were treated with respect. The lines of communication were open from day one. The truck we got they didn't have which was fine and we had to wait but we knew that too and that was ok as well, I think we had to wait approx 6 weeks but that was because it was the 1794 edition and they weren't on the lots just yet so we were one of the first to get it. I think I texted Hector every other day with a question and he responded right back ALL THE TIME, he was never too busy for me, he always made the time to answer me back, I love them over at Orland Park and although they think I am trading in my Camry (lol), I am going to make it a point just to go over there and say "hi" sometimes because they are truly excellent people to do business with and we are so happy with our new truck and my husband is tickled pink!! Marek was very friendly & helpful, from our multiple test drives over a couple months of trying to decide on a vehicle to the closing of the deal. He went to get the car for us on his morning off. I really enjoyed meeting and discussing the possibility of purchasing a new Toyota Yaris with Brittany. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and sincere. She listened attentively to ensure that we genuinely knew that she wanted to find, not just a car, but the right car at the price that would fit into our budget. She made an extra effort to discuss finding another vehicle at another location when my daughter asked about the potential of getting the vehicle in a different color. Brittany took care to explain the invoice price and the standard features and the extra cost of any additional options (power windows and doors) and the impact on the bottomline vehicle purchase cost. She was a pleasure to work with and the added bonus was that she and my daughter have the exact same birthday.
