As a matter of fact, everybody there is very nice. They have a girl at the door who jumps up to assist you. All the sales people give you a hello smile even though they see you with another salesman. Found the Mitsubishi Evo I wanted online through Auto Trader, and since these cars are hard to find in good condition with low miles I decided to contact the dealer. First contacted Billy through the internet and he was able to send me the additional pictures that I was asking for. Since I live in Georgia I couldn't just stop by and check it out. Decided to pursue the purchase and worked with Mike on the price and we settled on a great price for everyone. We hopped on a plane the next day and flew up to Chicago. They offered to pick us up at the airport to help save us some money. Ali picked up my wife and I at the airport which was great. Got to the dealer and they had the car sitting out front for me to check out. The car was exactly as they had advertised and the additional pictures they had sent matched up to what I saw perfectly. I could tell that they had gone over the car and taken care of any issues it had since, what I noticed right away was the new tires and then the brakes felt like new as well. Took it for a short drive to make sure that it drove as good as it looked, and it drove great. Came back to the dealer and they cleaned it up, put new batteries in the keyless remotes, and even filled it up with gas for us. Drove it home 996 miles with out a problem. Had a wonderful experience in purchasing my Evo. I would and have recommended this dealer to others. More

Prior to my visit to Orland Toyota, I spent time researching cars and prices on my own, along with two trips to Carmax. I did have an idea of what I wanted, and what it should cost, but was not full researching cars and prices on my own, along with two trips to Carmax. I decided to check out Orland Toyota, and Al in particular, because my parents and other family have bought from him in the past. Al was very helpful in the entire process, no gimmicks or fluff. He asked me what I wanted, and what I wanted to spend. He then found me all the possible cars that fit my criteria, and let me take as much time as I needed to decide. He even gave some possible customers away, to personally assist me. Overall it went very smoothly, quick, and honest. In this being my first ever car purchased on my own, I am very pleased with the experience. Sometimes when you make large purchases, you feel a little uneasy thinking you may have been cheated, not with Al. I recommend him to any buyer of any age. More
