We had purchased a new Camry back in November of 2006 from Orland Toyota so we pretty much knew that we were going to get our next car from there as well. We finally decided to purchase a new one in Dec from Orland Toyota so we pretty much knew that we were going to get our next car from there as well. We finally decided to purchase a new one in December of 2013 and we went to a couple of your competitors first because we wanted to see what was out there. We were actually close to buying a Santa Fe but that silly notion was gone the minute we walked in to Orland Toyota and saw the Rav 4 limited on display. The car was a joy to test drive and looked great. The ultimate deal maker, however, was the great service we received from our sales consultant, Brittany Ellison. She explained the features in great detail and was not overbearing or pushy like some of the other sales consultants at the other dealers and was very personable. We got a great financing rate and she was able to get the price that we needed to seal the deal. She was also very helpful in syncing up our phone to the blue tooth which would have taken me forever to figure out. I am looking forward to dealing with her again in a couple of years when we are looking to trade in the Camry. She also seemed to really enjoy her job which is refreshing these days. Despite it becoming somewhat late on New Year's Eve, Mr. Bingham took his time to show me the features of the vehicle and ensure that I was comfortable before I left the dealership.
